    Hi,

    Anyone got Eircom's ADSL working with the Prestige 643 DSL router?

    I got ADSL installed yesterday "wires only" and bought my own 643 for EUR430 (Eircom wanted EUR900).

    The engineer used an ADSL modem to prove the system is working but I'm having trouble getting the 643 working.

    If anyone has it working, can you confirm the following setup:


    PPPoE
    LLC-based multiplexing
    VCI = 8
    VPI = 32

    I'm getting "PP09 INFO Dial no answer" in my error log so I suspect there's some problem at the Eircom.net side.
