Harney for DoPE?

    I've just heard that Harney is getting DoPE, and someone called Dempsey is getting Trade & Enterprise, although I haven't confirmed it.

    Question: Will Harney be even worse for consumer and SME rights than O'Rourke?

    Question: Who's Dempsey?

    Seamus Brennan has Transport & Public Enterprise
    Mary Harney has Enterprise, Trade and Employment

    I'm guessing that we now have two ministers to deal with - Brennan in DTPEand Ahern in Communications and Natural Resources (the two go so well together)?
