I was at the opening in temple bar last night.
The design and graphics (viscom) was brilliant. It seemed like a smaller class than last year but the standard was way up.
The illustration work was top class and I would have loved being able to get some of the sample books they did myself.
There was obviously lots of fun in the work as it really came across.
Not as much multimedia shown, and what was I wasn't impressed with.
The design was top class and the typography of the month calendar has to be seen :)

The interior design was impressive and really well presented as was the furniture design.

The photography though was the weakest of the lot. Badly presented, lacking ideas, boring. I expected better for a degree year.

Unfortunately the print gallery was closed when I got there.

Over all well worth seeing. Especially the graphics.

Had a look over the weekend. The Design and Graphics were excellent, some really good ideas there. Presentation was fantastic too. Was a little dissapointed in the interior design and furniture though. My girlfriend is on that course at the moment. The presentation of the interior design in particular seemed poor and a lot of the furniture seemed quite ordinary to me. Didnt get a chance to have a look at the photography, but for me the Design and Graphics were far and away the best.
