Ticket Master are fools

I called the 1890 number for Ticket Master today and asked to but some IWW tickets. The guy on the phone hadn't a clue what I was on about and tried to sell me WWA tickets (Which I already have). Whats the story?

I you sure IWW tickets are avalable from ticket master?

Yeah they are because my mate both two at TM in Tallaght a few weeks ago and it was in the ads on FM104 and the Star.
