This game is amazing guys,Great single player storyline and game.
Random map generator option with great AI,
With my 56k the online coding seems to be the best ive ever played, ive just come from a German server ,where i had a ping of 400 ,not good i hear you say, BUT it didnt seem like a 400 ping i get on other games,ie wolfie,CS,MOHAA etc.It was sooooooooooo smooth
    Simply an astonishing game guys.
    ;)

I'd like to sound a note of dissent here and say that actually I'm finding the single-player really uninteresting and dull - it's SoF1 again but not as much fun, and with utterly ludicrous system requirements given the really quite poor graphics. The Q3 engine is REALLY showing its age, but besides that, the game designers at Raven are really showing their lack of ability when it comes to thinking up new ideas...

    Shinji,Whats your spec???
    Poor graphics??????????????????
Graphics on my system are amazing,p4 1.5,384mb,geforce2 gts pro.
Have you finished the single- player? As in all 70 levels?
My brother in law has it in the US since last week and assures me that its amazing.
So far ive only started the SP side of the game, its the random map generator which is sooooooooooo impressive.

Just got SOFII (soldiers of Fortune II)

    44 Euros in game Blanchardstown.
Intense game, just played the first few levels , (70 levels i believe)

Ai is not too bad, enemies will chase you, one will cover while the other charges to you. but again you can pull them away from a hotspot and snipe them from a distance. (ps:watch the claymore tripwires:P)

Random mission generator is extremely cool gadget, infiltration, escape, seek and destroy maps.
weapons fun but its a strange thing they do with trying to be realistic...you got lots of recoil on a weapon but when holding one micro uzis in each hand....almost nothing....as if.

Nice multiplayer maps, also option for random maps.
Only two CTF maps ..waiting for community creation i guess.
with my 56K modem...200-300 ping. UK servers are possible.
Some people were complaining about the Quake 3 netcode for being slow/sluggish. (at 250 Ping, everything goes sloooow)

Ghoul effect...well as a test (honestly) i slashed open a few heads and saw indeed what could be described as skull...but after awhile they do get their skin back and become unscratched.

Graphix...so-so..for some reason i like the graphix of the Half life engine. Single player graphics into the jungle are impressive though.

oh well just another game for the pile of the ones i still need to play

    It looks cack.
I have the graphic turned up to the last.
Tis not a question of my machine, more so the engine.
Looks much the same as the last game.
The "Grass" really show's how they;'ve cut corners. Nothing but sprites which constantly turn to follow you, like the sprites in Doom ffs.

This is one game I won't be bothered buying.
