Its the words of the National Anthem. Some of our, shall we say, "less Irish" players could do with it. Although Matt Holland prefers GSTQ anyway, and he always has McAteer to give him a hand with it if he gets stuck. :)

    With respect, Bateman,

So now we sing the Soldiers Song in celebration of a Draw?

If Keano hadn't been shafted by an megalomaniac manager we would've won !

Here's the english version of that mike.

    Soldiers are we
whose lives are pledged to Ireland; (except for Clinton Morrison)
    Some have come
from a land beyond the wave.
    Sworn to be free,
No more our ancient sire land
Shall shelter the despot or the slave.
Tonight we man the gap of danger (centre of defence)
In Erin's cause, come woe or weal
'Mid cannons' roar and rifles peal,
    We'll chant a soldier's song

Now I don't speak Irish so I don't know this song.

but some of you must have missed the start of this game because the Irish players were united from the word go.

Even players who didn't normally sing this Irish song were doing a mime on the words.
