Make a CD into 1 Wav file?

Anyone know a good program for above. I got GTA3 and want to make a cd into one Wav file and replace the radio stations with it. it does work but i could only make each track WAV any way i could make the whole cd one file? thx kdja

there are plenty of tools out there that can combine wav files, since they aren't encoded its usually a straightforward task...
that should do the job anyway rather than ripping the whole cd (again) to one wav file.
