.RBO file?

i found Life_stages virus twice on my brothers computer, disguised as a .RBO file, like the filename would be IMPORTANT.txt.RBO now i see a file called PHONECALL.RBO and its 75kb but when I open it in notepade its only a few linkes of text... Norton doesn't see any virus in it, but i'm just wary of that .RBO extension…
