Where to stay in Kilkenny?

    Anyone know any central hotel in Kilkenny.I have tried Langtons and the River Court but both are booked.I am only going for a Sat night so if you don't know a central hotel would you know of a central B&B??

    I'd also love some advice- I'd like to stay somewhere other than a tent for the night of the Paul Simon concert.

    Try the ormonde hotel "kilkennyormonde.com" - its closest hotel to the centre that youll find - Id say everything is booked out there this weekend for the cat's laughs festival -

    Thanks angel_of_death , I am not going down for another couple of weeks. I have booked into Dalys B&B on John Strret, cheap and cheerful.Bit of pain they don't accept credit card guareantee so I have to send tehma apostal order?!I hope it isn't a dive...time will tell
