What we are going to do.

Ok, here's what we're going to do.

1. The current game will be reset sometime after noon on Saturday (25th).

2. We will set up a 2000 sector universe (for a little more pressure on players) and about the same number of ticks.

3. I'm going to look into the database with an editor and hopefully be able to spot any odd ports. These will be edited.

4. I now have UBER P0W£R of database editing so I can see absolutely ever last thing any player does. Exploiting the flaw in the game WILL be considered cheating (now that we all know its not supposed to be there) and you will be *killed* with extreme prejudice by the giant crushing hand of God.

5. Sometime next week we'll open subscriptions and give you all a warning of when the game will start.

Anyone who wants a private forum please request it as usual.

I've been blown up twice if I had keep going my score should be in the 100k's now with no expliot planets used

If you know everything about every player you would be able to identify planets that are poorly defened and weather or not they are have good sector defenses.

You could also edit ports to benefit you just while you are playing and change them back when you are finished, but we'd spot that one a mile away.

Well at the moment I can do all this, only difference is from next round onwards I wont be playing as part of the game I will only be policing it.

its just you. It needed this because the last time we restarted loads of people gave out **** to daz and me (even though i have nothing to do with the running of the game) I think its better off this way.
