Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You don't have many albums do you? I'd like to see your CD list if thats possible. And as a matter of fact... I thought that Korn's first album was their best and they went downhill (a very steep hill) after that.

    Er, no.
I used to like Korn when they first came out. They were good at the time, and pretty original.
Issues was downright terrible. Falling away from me was probably the only decent song on the entire album!

    Complex and involving?
Yes, Make Me Bad was a song with such depth.
And lets not forget such life affirming lyrics as "Wake The **** Up!"

If you want Complex and Involving, listen to Opeth, My Dying Bride and Anathema.
    Not Korn.

I agree with PORNAPSTER, the first album was cool...but they did rapidly disappear up their own ar$eholes after that. Life is Peachy was crap, Follow the leader...moderate to bad and issues just plain sucks. Not sure if I'll even get this one after all. There are other bands out there doing the same thing as Korn but much better. And yes yes yes, for the critics out there, I am aware that Korn started the whole thing. But you know that saying, start as you mean to continue? Korn didnt'.
But when all is said and done, I'd still like to see them live.

korn themselves said their even numbered albums seem to suck

    korn - good
    life is peachy - bad
    follow the leader - good
issues - everyone says it sucked, but i loved it
new album (industructable?) - lookin like its gonna be good

heard their new song the other day, i thought it was really good and ill prolly buy the album

The new one rocks, well I think it does. The first album was really good, the rest were not as good, Peachy was defo bad though, however I love A.D.I.D.A.S

yeah first album was amazing and original at the time, life is peachy sucked so bad but i felt they bounced back with follow the leader but nose-dived again with Issues. Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt this time hoping they'll get it right this time around, their new song sounds promising at least.

'Issues' actually got me into them and i think its one of their better ones hehe.

I've heard most of their albums and i think they all have some great songs. Wasn't too fond of untouchables.

Children of the koRn....tut,tut...*changes cd*ah theirs nothing better than putting on some good old half-hearted koRn bull****!!:(.....down with koRn.......Down with koRN!!!!!whats the point of being a fan if they won't even give the fans decent albums!!

Yeah the first one was brilliant. When I heard 'Daddy' for the first time, it was the only time a song has literally knocked me back. You could actually feel the pain coming through the speakers. Follow the Leader is what got me into Korn, but only that and the first one are decent, the other two are pretty much just filling time and pockets.

Daddy knocked you back. OOOHHHHKKKAAAYYY. The only early korn song that shook me was Kill You. My dog, the end of that song is scary. Am I the only person who likes Somebody Someone?

Korn only seem to bring out some good songs, and build crap songs around those good songs for the albums. I peronally think they need to think about doing an album that has more than 2 or 3 really good songs in it. And Daddy was something else of a song, it was realy new, but Kill You was a bit annoying if you ask me.
