Also should I take Celt down to roughly the same level as the other top 5? Some people say aye some say nay.

they should be knocked down to the same size as top 5 and empty there bank accounts

i think there ypgrade should also be down sized to average levels of the top 5

Last round I was number 1 by a large amount, whats to say I wouldnt be the same this round?
