Anyone having problems using No-Limits Mail???

For the last two days, my e-mails are taking forever to upload & download, using IOL No-Limits. Anyone else having the same problem?

just one suggestion, goto tools check your accounts, click on properties, click on servers and check that your POP3 should be
pop.iol.ie not 127.0.0.1 or similar, antivirus updates can muck this up . Both work but the first is the quickest.
