connecting to the net prob wierd

well i got a diva isdn modem a year ago and working fine but somthn weird is happening . when i first connect to the net it shows me up as connected but wont recieve any data from servers . then i have to desconnect from the net and reconnect . it usualy works then . but if i disconnect from the net after that and try to…
