Currently Galway county council want to drop the policy which states all new housing estates must be named with an Irish name. If they do this they will no doubt retort to names such as Monallee Manor, Tudor close, etc. Sign the petition here to keep the policy in place... and spread the word! http://feachtas.tripod.com
