    Does anybody else find it extremely annoying that we can't use our euro chequebooks in other eurozone countries and can't withdraw money from an ATM without incurring charges? This means the only use it has when going on holiday is if you take a huge stash of cash with you.

    It looks like the single currency was a convenience brought in for businesses only and the public will continue to be ripped off as they always have...

    Get a credit card. Put money into in. Withdraw it for very low charges in other Euro countries.
