I watched this last night as it was one Sky Movies and i muyst say i loved it, the Villian was So nuts he actually scared you and you could tell there was lots of effort put into his character . Jlo was just there to look good and wasnt really right for the part, Jody foster would have worked well, But goddam she looked good in the little tiara facemask thing. The visuals were absolutly amazing and really held your attention, some of the scenes were perfectly done with the transaction from a totally serene scene to one of total brutality and they scared the bejesus out of me.
    Anyone else like this movie?
Im going to buy the DVD the weekend, the only thing that could wreck it for me would be the Extras if theres backstage footage of the killer laughing with the rest of the crew and cast it would totally ruin my image of him.

Didnt really enjoy that movie although the scene where the horse gets chopped up and its still alive and you can see the organs moving was really cool .... very original !

I enjoyed it.. a little odd i must say but it was good.. not brilliant but pretty good.. For some reason it reminded me of "What dreams may come"... even though it was nothing like it.. probably the whole surreal thing!

If ye want strange and intense id go for requiem for a dream
The Cell is overly horrible juxtaposed with (i must admit) brilliant
special effects.JLo freaked me out in that,i dunno why shes well fit like but...i thought it was crap anyway and so did all me m8s half of which left after the first half hour.

I found it superb visually (most of the in-mind sequences). Storyline was bloody awful.

If it's the same extras as the Region 1 DVD, I thought the directors comment track really interesting to hear -- a lot of it was discussing what comprimises he need to make for "artistic integrity" to please the producers and target a mainstream audience. He seemed to wish he could take the plot into slightly more Cronenberg (sp)? directions
