Come up to Dublin, the big smoke, for the weekend. That's where all the craic is. What's in Munster? Sheep shaggers (or is that just Roscommon) and fields. :p

Seroiusly tho, if you want to have a fun weekend I think you need to do something different, head somewhere you haven't been before. It could be crap, but it could be fun... a change is as good as a rest! And drink lotsa beer.

Have fun whatever ya end up doing.

haha nice one wolfie, maybe you should get out of Dublin a bit more yourlelf and you might know where you are. I think your its all the same wheter you go outside munster tho, its all the same on train, and there's a bar on it. I was in athlone a while ago, that was good craic. but then again me and a few of the lads went to arklow before and had a deadly weekend, and there's nothing in the place but a few clubs. You make your own weekend, get arrested or something, always something to look back on, chuckle chuckle:p

yes you could go to Dublin and spend a fiver on each pint... or you could stay in munster and get nearly twice the amount of drink for the same money...

I'm all for the plan of staying local anyway - less money spent on travelling and therefore more money to spend on boooooooooze
