I am trying to make my pic appear under my name, to the left.

like you have shaggy as your picture.. I want mine to be there..

thats your avatar,

goto user cp

click options

scroll down to the avatars option

then click [change avatar]

you can select your avatar from the gallery then

can I change the avatar to my picture? or do I need to make a requirement of posts.. like, 10 or so.. before I can change it? or does it have to be one of the avatars already on that page?

unfortunatly no-one can select a custom avatar because it leaves open for people to place huge pictures and/or illegall pictures, which could liable the owners of boards.ie

I been to alot of sites.. that have the avatar set that way (certain amount of posts, you can change it.. to whatever you choose)..

didn't know it could cause such problems..

unless you can fiqure out how to get a custom one yourself, you cant do it. probably for the best actually.
