I just had a home made cheese burgar. I think my mother had slightly cooked the buns more than lightly.

The bun was crispy like the crust end of a slice of bread toasted. I'm not sure whether I prefered it really crispy rather than lightly toasted as they would do in a Fast food resturaunt.

    What would you prefer?

the bun should be caramelised , as in the coating , the end of the bun should be golden , believe me i've worked for McD's
