Eircom 12 Month ADSL Contract

Does anyone know if the 12 month contract is bound to one address, or just one account. I.e. what happens if you move? You pay the remaining 12 months on first address and a whole new contract for the 2nd? If so, it more or less rules out rented accomodation users doesnt it :(
