I was looking at the opinion rating of these drivers and I was wondering did anyone else have these problems or something similar? http://download.com.com/3302-2108-9430536.html

    I'm getting a Geforce 2 MX200 and i have win98SE, should i bother with these drivers?

If the new detonators are causing you problems revert to your old drivers. More than likely the new drivers contain updates and optimizations for the GF3/4s and not the GF2. Nvidia can only do so much software wise.
