The guy who played Weyoun has popped up in Star Trek so many times now. I think he was in DS9 as 3 different characters (at least 2). I vaguely remember him being in Voyager aswell, not 100% sure on that tho.

Another actor i've seen in the various Treks a few times is the guy who played the creator of the Metreon Cascade in Voyager, as well as the Bajoran scientist who experimented on Odo.

i think he was the romulan who defected in TNG too?

you cant accuse startrek of being environmentally unfriendly!! They recycle everything even their actors!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,836 ✭✭✭Vokes

didnt the Weyoun actor play Quarks brother Brock?!?

  • Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Posts: 15,001 ✭✭✭✭Pepe LeFrits

Correction, just did some checking, and Jeffrey Combs who played Weyoun played four different characters in DS9, 1 in Voyager and 2 already in Enterprise.

Yep, James Sloyan played Jetrel in VOY / Mora Pol in DS9 / K'Mtar (older alexander) and Admiral Jarok in TNG.

The wonders of stupid makeup ;)

  • Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Posts: 15,001 ✭✭✭✭Pepe LeFrits

Hehe yeah i remember that episode, Picard doing a Die Hard and taking out all the terrorists :)

He was human in that episode, funny to see him with emotions.

Tuvok actually went for the Geordie la forge position but did not get it.. he was in one of the films too i think but not as a vulcan!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,154 ✭✭✭bkehoe

He was human in st6; check the ears.

You're right, i watched it again but there's an episode in voyage when he goes back (in memory) to the time when he served under sulu.

The guy that played Tuvok played one of the bad guys in an episode of TNG when Picard was stuck on the enterprise and the ship was being sweeped by some radiation.

And the guy that plays Weyoun, along with the actor who played Neelix, both play a ferengi in a new Enterprise episode.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,425 ✭✭✭Fidelis

Quark (Armin Shimmerman) from DS9, played a ferengi captain attacking the Enterprise D, in TNG. It was the episode where Riker, Worf & Geordie go to the older ship and they conduct war games.

I've got two (I haven't seriously watched it in years)

Rene Auberjonois - Odo in DS9, also played Colonel West in ST6: The Undiscovered Country. He also played Douglas Pabst in one ep of DS9 ("Far Beyond the stars") (he also did the voice for Dr Strangesnork in The Snorks:D - and Clayton in Benson, as y'all will remember)

Mark Lenard - played Sarek in the movies, cartoon series, TNG and one ep of the original series. He also played the Klingon commander on the first ship destroyed in the first movie. And the Romulan commander in "Balance of Terror" in the original series. Not content with that, he was supposed to play a human - Abe Lincoln in "The Savage Curtain" (weird episode) in the original series, but schedules prevented it. In playing the Klingon commander in the first movie, he was also the first Klingon seen on screen with a lumpy forehead.

Ever hear of Vaugn Armstrong? No?
Well, he plays Admiral Forrest in Enterprise, but has also been over 30 different people in TNG, DS9, and Voy. He has been 3 people in ENT apart from Forrest! Now thats recycling...

Vaughan Armstrong? I think I saw him in an episode of Flipper the other day, playing a homeless guitar player :)

He was also the leader Ferengi in last night's Enterprise. Hard to spot though.

Tim Russ (aka Tuvok) also played an ensign on the Enterprise B in ST: Generations, I believe

Also, I think Johnathan Frakes (Riker), Marina Sirtis (Troi) and Michael Dorn (Worf) and possibly Kate Mulgrew (Janeway) were in a few episodes of the Gargoyles cartoon. Frakes was on it the most, I believe. And I remember Michael Dorn being in an old game called Mission Critical.

Rene Auberjonois was also in The Patriot (the one wth Mel Gibson in it, not the Segal one)

  • Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Posts: 15,001 ✭✭✭✭Pepe LeFrits

Auberjonois has been in a quite a lot of stuff, i can recall seeing him in more movies than just the Patriot but i can't quite recall what they were.

He was in Stargate SG1 season 4 episode, "The Other Side". Best episode ever aswell, imo.

Weyoun & Neelix where both in last mondays enterprise i believe! They played Ferenghi! could be wrong but sounded identical to them and looked like them too!

The guy who played Capt. Sisco's Father in DS9 was also an admiral in The Undiscovered Country.

And you'll notice that Micheal Dorn played the defense, in the klingon court scene.

The actor who played Tom Paris in Voyager appeared in an episode of TNG.. the one where Wesley and a few friends at the academy try a dangerous flying manouver which ends in the death of a wingman... he played one of wesleys friends, but he wasn't called Tom Paris :p

I've also seen that TNG one with Tuvok :)

Quark also plays the principal of Buffys school, which is why I just can't watch it without laughing.
    Mmmm, gold pressed latinum!

Correct me if im wrong but is this tread not about crossovers

ie: from one trek series to another ?

Going by some of these posts i might aswell say "did you know jean luc Picard was in X-men ?" haha

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,389 ✭✭✭✭Saruman

I could be wrong but you know in that voyager episode where the Rock appears and its basically fight club in space? Well at the beginning it looks like Gul Dikat is fighting the Hirogen.. could be wrong but it looked a LOT like him!

Well I saw that episode of TNG before and after seeing Voyager... the second time I was like - "hey cool, it's Tom Paris! .. this explains a lot", but then the panel of judges addressed him by a different name.
So I figure his performance in that TNG episode was instrumental in his being cast as Tom Paris
I clearly remember that his name was definitly not Tom Paris in that episode though.

God, you really know you're a nerd when you find yourself arguing over StarTrek at 3am on an internet bulliten board, eh?

He was just in Murder She Wrote (no really, I just watched it). Hey he's an actor, gets to play lots of parts - not too relevant to "ST Crossovers"

Playing TNG Worf's great-grandfather or something like that (they did pop a few subtle differences on to his forehead)
