Aertel needs updating...

    In view of RTE launching their services via Sky Digital, it's about time they updated their Satellite Reception Info on Network 2 Aertel page 531.
    According to what it says at the moment, RTE Radio is still on analogue Astra-1, on an audio sub-carrier of VH-1 !!!

    Since TV3 has gone on SKY, I can now wiew three text in all its glory. I have to say that it seems to be a far better service than aertel. Aertel has been going down hill for years, When RTE got onto the web, the rot set in.

    Dya remember when 3text first appeared and only had TV listings and was extremely minimalist.:rolleyes:

    Thankfully, it's an excellent service now and seems to get better all the time.;)

    when it started it was poor but what can someone expect but now it is very good. the news section is the best piece but Aertel still is number 1 with their specialist subjects like video games and music. TV3 will no doubt include all of these some day
