i have msn messenger and i want to put my own icons into it. instead of thos little green guys. i can find programs to extract out icons and images from .dll and .exe files but nothing i can find will allow me to edit new one's back into the files. can anyone help??

Do a search for a program called ResourseHack. (ResHacker) I think the address is http://rpi.net.au/~ajohnson/resourcehacker but that was a while back.
