    It's not possible to tune it in on the digibox when you have an Irish subscription card.

    And unfortunately Channel 5 have stated that they have no interest in making their service available in the Republic of Ireland.

    Ya there will be no chance C5 wil be available in ireland. If oyu really want it get yourself a British FTA card.

    C5 is anti Irish for some reason.

    Ahhh young Nigel, we meet again :)

    The guys are right, Channel 5 is not available to Republic of Ireland subscribers, but that doesnt mean you cant watch it.

    Your best bet is to get an out-of-contract digibox from the UK, loads of the guys here have one. Have a look at www.ebay.co.uk and see if you can get one with a Free-to-view card (or commonly known as a BBC Card, as the BBC issues them) Channel 5 is free-to-view with the BBC Card.

    If you can't get one with a card or get a digibox from another source, follow the tips on this thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=37638

    <edit>
    I'll add that you can also get a card from another source, like a relation in England, and "marrying" the BBC card to you box. The above link works for this purpose. </edit>

    Any q's, just ask.

    Cheers,

    Damien.
