Anyone know if it's possible to prioritise bandwidth for certain applications in Windows 2000? I've got Real Player open and whenever I open another app it uses all the bandwidth available and Real Player keeps on rebuffering.

Now I'm really not too surea bout this, but here goes...
If the priority setting in some apps affects their CPU usage, would/could the same/similar setting not be applied to the bandwidth usage?

That siad there's probably an app around somewhere that handles this.
