    Hey guys,

My first post here even though I have been reading this forum for a while.

I have had sky digital now for 4 months.

In the first month i got 3 films out on box office and in the second and third month i got 4 out per month.

The only thing is that i have never been charged for these movies at all. Also one WWF pay per view.

Has this ever happened to anyone else ??

When i book the movies and so on I plug the phone line in and the modem light never comes on and i am able to view the movies.

    Cheers

    Hiya,

This happened to me once when I booked a movie when the phone line was in use. I think you have to have the phone line plugged in for the duration of the programme, because the digibox monitors whether or not you watched it as you don't pay if you don't.

Are the P.P.V. events still in your personal planner?

Try leaving the digibox connected to the phoneline permanently if you can, as I believe the digibox 'phones home' at a specific time every month before the billing date to see if there are any P.P.V. events that have not yet been paid for.

    HTH,

    Glenn

The PPV events are gone from my personal planner except for WWF Backlash which is on tomorrow.

if i don't plug the line in do i get them for nothing ?? lol

When you reach the spending limit of the card, then you will not be able to order any more PPV's until you pay up.

This will catch up with you, where you will be left with 2 options, either pay some €50 or no more PPV's.

I was under the impression that Sky were going to make the Digibox inoperable after several PPV's went unpaid...that would be fun.

I just found out that this problem has afflicted my box office ordering capabilities. The screen says I cannot order anything as not enough credit left on card. Does anyone know if there is a way of solving this with in the next half hour or so as what I want to order starts at 8. Can i make the digibox transmit the details over the phoneline so I can order something?

How about ringing them up and telling them you want to pay off all your PPV that you didn't pay? :)
