Don't forget the weather reading machine at the IT is now located indoors as part of a wage restructuring package in order to save Ireland's fine broadsheet from the cruel intentions of an evil trust.

As a result, weather will now be read by the machine (which happily doesn't get wet anymore) looking out the window.

    Hence:
"yes, 13 degrees, 17 degrees, all the same to me.... feels dry, oh, look, some sun, hmmmm, sunny day..... oops I can see cloud, yup, I can see some cloud, looks wet, ah, bugger it, erm, occasional shower. Done! Done, Mister Manager. Can I go home now?"
