Just came across this tonight it number 9 on the Interactive menu.

It's called UK online GOVT info.

I tried to access it but it's only available in the UK, however after following on screen instructions it said that Sky active services would be available in the new year.

Has anyone used this service yet and if so what does it give you access to.

    Any comments.

You won't be able to access this service with a digibox connected to an Irish phone line.

The box will try to dial a UK number, and without the international prefix, it can't make the call.

    Charles,

Even going in under the "secret" menu, I set up my dial prefix as 0044 and it STILL doesn't work??

Hmmm... did you do it in such a way that it will leave a gap in the dialing to make an international connection first ? (Something tells me you might have to do this).

Although to be honest, I can't imagine why you'd want to spend money on an international call in order to access Britsh government information which is probably available in a much more detailed form on the internet (much cheaper call charges too).

Actually now that you mention it, doing that won't drop the leading zero on the number it dials!! DUH!! Feel like such an idiot now, but the only reason I tried it was for the kids to prove to them that the Games weren't available here in the Republic yet!

But you can play the games on PlayJam.

But when you're finished you can't register your score (although if you play as badly as I do, you wouldn't need to).
