    Anybody ever make a claim off their house insurance - and how did you get on ?? Did you get all the money ??

    It depends on the extent of the claim. Over around 2000 they come out and assess the damage. You get estimates for the repair /replacement and send it in with the claim form and they normally knock off %20. Every claim does effect your premium - despite what you may be told
