I,ve got NTL digital problems

I recently had ntls digital service installed and im happy* with the service. However a small* number of channels seem to black out when it suits them. This tiny* problem applies to UTV, BBC1, BBC2, E4, VH1, MTV , MTV hits, MTV Beat. I was ensured by ntl this was a temporary fault but 3 weeks seems a bit much dont u think?…

Temporary fault my ass.. Everyone I know with NTL digital has this problem aswell.. All the MTVs and most other channels but the ones we already had (rte,bbc,utv) dont work..
