    ......just out of interest, where do those star ratings on the side of threads come from?
    (stuff like th dublin bus one, etc.)


    (not the user ones- i'm not that thick!)

    i presume u mean the gold stars ??

    these donate a rating given by users...i think 4 opinions need to be submitted for the stars to activate

    so the 3rd table field under the body that i am typing in my reply...."RATE THIS THREAD", i give this thread a 5...best [cos im a nice guy]

    they appear after a thread has been rated serveral (5?) times.

    the rate option is just above the post thread button
