Best to get yourself a small cheap one.
You could probably pick up a basic one for about €40.

I had one for awhile but it broke, I've been trying to get a replacement with no joy.

I've defo reccomend them to everyone. (:

Just save your cash and get a cheapish one before splashing out on a wacom one.

quality - means build quality i assume?
accuracy/range of resolutions - so each tablet has a fixed resolution yeah? is accuracy seperate from that or could a tablet with a high resolution introduce flaws in the input?
features - i thought they were all pressure sensitive... what other features would there be?
    software supplied - meh :)

lastly... could you (or anyone) reccomend a good one to go for?

    Just to note,

I've heard there very hard to get used to, unless u get one with a screen (very expencive) as u cant properly see what ur drawing...
