picture in the body

If i want to post a picture in the body of the message is it [ img ] [ /img ] (without the spaces) cause when i do that it comes up as a link and doesnt show the picture any ideas??? # bomb

That board may have pics turned off, but sometimes I have noticed it being cranky.
