I was watching Earth:FC last night where the were merging the Talon's with the other species to help them survive. It just ended then and i was wondering was that the last one?

As far as I know, E:FC has ended, but I don't think the one you described was the final one. I can't be too sure though, 'cos I don't follow the show very closely.

Season 4 is not the last one. There is a new Season 5 on in the US at the moment, but Sky haven't said anything about showing it.
Season 5 sees the return of Boone and the Attavis.
