Hot and spicy chicken with peanuts.

    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon chilli
about a chicken breast per person. which is 4, cut into chunks
    4 tablespoons peanut oil
bit o garlic. i use about half a small pot of ready crushed garlic paste
    some fresh ginger grated
    3 shallots sliced
    3 large carrots sliced
1 tables spoon of white wine vinegar
    salt to taste
a packet of peanuts (i like the roasted ones :))
1 tablespoon of ground nut oil.

    noodles.

mix up chillie and soy sauce and add chicken chunks. stick em in fridge to marinade

heat chicken in pan until weel cooked, take uout and place aside

add garlic and veggies. fry for about 3 minutes

add the chicken back and fry for a minute
stick in everything else, fry the crap out of it for about 2 minutes on full heat.

at this stage i usually add my noodles and fry them alltoeghter for a minute cos then you get the sauce all over the noodles and its nicer

    and then serve.
nice and easy and quick :)

alternatively, if youre really lazy like me you could just buy ready mix stir fry veg with water chestnuts and bamboo shoots and all that nice stuff and use unstead of carrots and shallots.

    :)
    enjoy!

This is a P!ss easy one for ya.

Serves 2 I have no idea what to call it:
    300g of Sirloin pork
    1 tablespoon of flour
    2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
200ml of veg stock(or how much you want)
    3 medium to big potatoes
    1 large carrot

peel 2 of the potatoes and put on to boil chop the other potato into small squares
peel the carrot and cut into little squares
In a non-stick pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil and whack in the squared potato and carrots and cover with a lid and cook for ten mins shacking every now and then.

Get a plastic bag (a dunnes stores one will do) and put in the flour and rosemary.
Cut the pork into strips and put in the bag a shack about till the pork is completely covered.
In another pan heat some oil and throw in the pork and cook for about 5 mins
Pour in the stock and any flour left in the bag and simmer for ten mins.
Mash the boiled potatoes and serve with the squared carotts and potatoes.

Looks good, easy to make and tastes great!!!

Shallots are a smaller member of the onion family. They differ in taste a bit too.

Take a TV dinner, pierce packaging, put in microwave for 4-8 minutes (depending on packet instructions and wattage), stand for one minute. Serve on plate with a glass of your favourite beverage.
