    Im planning to go to Chicago in May..targetting 2 weeks from 14-28th...ive priced on Aer Lingus and i can see like €692 is the cheapest...can i get cheaper on AA, Delta or Continental? Anyone booked to America find cheaper? thankies :)

    Dont skimp on your ticket man, your ass will be parked in that seat for over 4 hours..

    oh..and Virgin Atlantic are the nicest planes to fly in.

    I went last year on Aer Lingus...
    Planning on going again in late June / Early July but the prices seem very high... and I have been watching out for deals since about Christmas.... I'm waiting now to see what happens, i dont see any point in booking early when the prices are "last minute" ones...
    The cheapest I got quoted was with BA, then Virgin, then Aer Lingus afair... going thru Heathrow doesn't particularly suit me tho (with a young child)

    something like 9 hrs..on the plane eaks hehe, it seems cheaper perhaps to fly on BA to London first, then to Chicago/O'Hare :) I'll wait a see till mid next month or end of the month.

    its more like 7-8 hrs and you should buy your tickies now, prices are increasing!! the rates wont drop again until september :(
