It's one of those films that leaves you with questions.
You're not really supposed to know if there ever was a Keyser Soze.

But it was the "crippel" who was behind it all.

The cripple made most of it up.

I haven't seen it in a few years but this is what I remember. The cripple (Kevin Spacey) makes the whole thing up. At the end you discover he is infact not crippled at all! Whether or not the story he gives actually happened is up for you to decide. He takes names off the board behind the detective.

It was spacey's charachter. At the end you see he's not actualy a cripple and all the things he said about himself were made up from the things lying around the police guy's office.

haha dumbass, like they spelled it out at the end, over and over. the ending is the best bit in that film. its what made it good. i dunno... tis just shockin question.

Verbal (the cripple) is keyser soze, it's all spelled out in the line "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." Throughout the film keyser is constantly referred to as the devil. ("how do you shoot the devil in the back" etc.). So in effect, what Verbal is saying is that that Keyser Sose does exist. We subsequently find out towards the end of the film that Keyser Soze can be none other than Verbal.

I'm Tiger Woods, **** no no Keyser Soze :)

Can't be verbal, his family or something bailed him out, so... it can't be him.

He bailed himself out, he's Keyser IMO, I never even considered that he might not be once I saw the end...... he had the power/connections to bail himself out, didn't the other detective say "He's protected from on high" or something about how Verbal got immunity?

i loved that film - the audience are in the detectives shoes at the end - we may suspect, but all we know is that verbal (who talks too much :)) may have made up some or all of what happened.

he may have even made up his nickname for the dectectives benifit

a very good example of the whodunit movie

    no doubt it was verbal.
does anyone know if the cup falling to the ground was a hommage to Wells dropping the snow dome in Citizan Kane.
