XML Info Help?

Can anyone point me to the best help sites for learning XML.

Also, opinions of the use of XML would be appreciated - anyone know the limitations of using XSL Stylesheets!

http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/REC-xml-20001006 that is the xml recommendation, by the w3c, this is the best place to go for info on xml, although possibly a bit dry.

http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-xhtml1-20011004/ thats a short and sweet introduction to xhtml, and is well worth a read if you are going to be developing xml applications.

http://www.w3.org this is a good site for all things web.

There's also XML.com
A good book to explain the basics wouldn't hurt. A lot of the sites tend to assume a lot of prior knowledge, so it can be a bit frustrating.

I've had a look around w3.org and as you say it's a bit dry - anywhere you can get tutorials and maybe that has forums which can be used for Q's etc.

it would be easiest to begin with just xhtml before you go to full blown xml
