I saw that sh!ty trailer with the g@y zombies etc. The zombies in the trailer don't have proper make-up because the computers do that and actually I thought it would be **** too but I was wrong.

Half the folk I know who have seen it hated it - the other half thought it was the Best Thing Evar. Which is interesting, because they seem to be divided along the same lines as those who thought Event Horizon (Paul Anderson's last horror feature) was great or cack.

Personally, I loved Event Horizon. Fingers crossed for Resi...

most ppl are sayin they either love it or hate it,i think die hard resi fans might like it but from the trailer i seen it looks like triple
but most ppl are sayin its the best videogame to movie so far, which cant be hard when there's mortal kombat, mario bros, tomb raider and street fighter against it

I saw it and Drunk Pirate is right this is actually an enjoyable movie. The story is good and it sticks closely to the game without making people that don't know the game, follow it aswell. The action is good aswell and overall its a good movie. ;)

U know despite some bits in the trailer i'm actually looking foreward to this film...Thix DP uer helping me keep my hopes up.

But one bit in the trailer i have to ask about...The scenes with the matrix/max payne bullits and the kicking of the dog midair?? Now i wouldnt call myself die hard Res Evil fan but I've only seen something like that in one of the games
(Code veronica when Steve comes through the window with the lugers.) Please tell me do these really help keep up the original Resident Evil atmosphere cause Resident Evil is what i call a "slow action/horror" I dont want to see kung fu on zombies...it doesnt feel right. Its passable if its the lickers or somethign like that but if the film drops the slow eeerie feeling for laser defence and kung fu on dogs...it will be a dead donkey for me.

Personally I think it'd be good if the actors were capable of turning around in under 20 seconds, though. Hopefully they won't have to stop every now and then because their inventory is full of herbs, too. And I'm vaguely wondering if they'll be unable to use the typewriters due to the lack of ribbons...

(Actually, Resident Evil on the Cube has kung fu stuff in it I believe...)

Ah about the "flying kick" shenanigan-it's to do with the storyline you'll find out it's not nothing like the matrix you'll all enjoy it-and thanks for coperateing Jhonny

Oh, also cheak out the soundtrack (kazaa audiogalaxy etc) It's realy creepy.Cheak out the marilyn manson one, it realy fits with the films storyline.

The film itself looks like eye candy really. Bit like Tomb Raider. Fun, but once you leave and start thinking about it, you'll realize what utter ****e it is. Still, i liked the games, it'll be amusing to watch. Hopefully it's better than Anderson's last game-film (Mortal Kombat... shudder).

It probably would be a lot better if they'd stuck with George A. Romero's script. He's da boss.

BTW Rasta, what's with the huge huge sig? I mean, I like the Shining 'n all, but wtf?

I dont know anyone in thier right mind who'd want to download a film from kazaa rather than wait for it to come out in the cinema.
