When I had my portable mp3-cd player I used a tape thingy with a wire out of it that plugs into the earphone socket.

I still use the same setup but now I have a 20 gig player works like a charm.

ya seen one of those in dixons for only bout €12-14. If they work well it be the defo place to go as they are easily the cheapes option i've seen.
(that is if you already have a cd-player, or an cdmp3's player and cd's for use. ahh but still v. useful none the less.)

    Gid.

If you're looking for an MP3 Car Stereo, try ICETRONIX.com (shop near Red Cow roundabout) , I've ordered a Pioneer one from them , €500. The unit is able to browse through folders on ur CD, and play WAVs also. Handy system, considering u cud have all your albums in ur car, on about 10 CDs. way better than a CD changer !
