Cheap Ram...the Urban Myth.

    So...just where do I get it then? , Ive been meaning to buff up for a bit, All I hear is Cheap ram this Cheap ram that , I meant to get around to it eventually , but Now a friend of Mine says Its going up! , Surely not , I pleaded with him to take it back . "Paul" I said "Say it aint So" , He met me with a steely gaze ,I wept unashemedly "Your lying!" I screamed , This went on for several hours , resulting in a Binge of Milkshakes in McDonalds , Anyways the long and short of It is : Where is this Cheap ram?

    Well i picked up a 256mb dimm for 54 quid + vat. i got 512mb of ram (2 X 256mb) for about 135 quid from www.overclockers.co.uk 6 quid to send it to me and even with the money change it was the best i have seen.

    The prices are so high for RD RAM that you are better off buying a Dell Computer, takin out the RD RAM and throwin the rest of the computer out the window. Although Dabs.com have a good value on PC1600 DDR. 256mb for £77 sterling. pretty good.

    Blade's price is good
    or 59 + vat from www.overclockers.co.uk
    works out about the same as buying from
    blade wiht money change and 6 quid post.
    i picked up 512mb for about 125 quid
    was cheeper that it is now
