Free training cd's for both Maya and 3ds Max(including free shipping)

    3DBuzz ( http://www.3dbuzz.com ) has started creating training CDs for free. I am not sure if you have to be registered member or not.

    All you have to do is go to the tab at the top of the main window called "home" and click on it. You will get a window showing the top forums. The second forum down on the list is the "3D Buzz Open House" forum and out to the right of that is the "Free Online Course" sub forum.

    The one which is finished and available for free shipping (yes the shipping is even free) is "Introduction to Maya". A Max one will be released soon and more subject materials will be addressed and will follow on future CD releases. I believe an XSI CD is high priority on the deveopment list as well.

    Just go in and post a reply requesting to get the CDs as they are created.

    Not only are these CDs free, but they are great quality and contain a wealth of info and quality/useful training videos.

    This is a must have CD and need I say again, it is free, even the shipping!

    If you are not a Maya or Max user check it out anyway and if enough interest is shown in these I am sure that 3DBuzz will take a look at the interests expressed and develop training materials for your application of choice.

    I have finished checking out my issue and am extremely impressed with the quality of the video and the training content.

    They are quite decent, ive got the maya one, and the max one ill have this evening :) schweetness.. im dying for those XSI ones to arrive to :)

    Got my Maya and Max CD's today. Took 12 day from Tennessee to Wicklow.
    Pretty good for a broad overview and I've already learnt loads of hot keys i didn't know about
