Is it just my Digibox or does anyone else have this problem. For the last few days anytime I press the i button(info) on the remote control for the channel I am watching there is never any information on that programme. I just get the "No Programme Details blah blah blah available" This seems to be the case for all…

Is it just my Digibox or does anyone else have this problem. Needs a reboot, I'm sure....

Plug out the box from the mains, wait ~ 2 mins, plug it back in, try again.

No worries Mark, just to add, this fix will also cure "Active" probelms, when your red button doesn't work when you want Sky News Active or BBCi Text, for example.
