    My first anyway.

    Didn't have much opportunity to do anything, his run along the edge of the Barca area had me on the edge of me seat though and for that I give him the thumbs up ;]

    0-0 the best Liverpool could have hoped for? I think so, especially without Owen. Litmanen & Heskey just arent profilic enough for Liverpool to have come out all guns blazing.

    Roma at Anfield should be a different story though, as we're still in with a shout if we beat them :]

    I was begining to think Milan Barros was a figment of Liverpools imagination! Just for a moment there I thought he was going to shoot but he kept going and the angle disapeared, oh well.

    Steven Gerrard was looking very rusty its a pity he could'nt get a game before tonights...

    Its worth remembering that even if Liverpool win next week,
    they're still relying on a draw on the other game.

    Mike.

    I thought that Baros did very well when he came on, he showed a willingness to get stuck in and his run along the edge of the box had me wishing him to turn and hit it the whole time.

    I do have one thing I need cleared up though.

    Okay if Liverpool beat Roma next week and Barca draw with Galatasaray we will be level on points with Barca. They have-1 goal difference, we have -2, do we have to beat Roma by 2 goals to qualify? I can't see how a 1-0 win can get us through unless it goes by wins against other teams in which case we go through at Roma's expense because we beat them and drew with them.

    PHEEEEEEWWW!!! Can someone confirm, deny or just plain clear this up for me please?

    :confused::D

    The only result that'll get Pool through as far a see it is a two goal or better win over Roma while hoping for a 0-0 draw
    between Barca and Galatasary or if that game ends 1-1 that
    Liverpool beat Roma by 3...or something! :D

    Anyway it must be a good win.
