    hey me is a newbie towards sky heck i don't even have it but what does it mean i found rte test channels at 28 degrees does that mean u go out to your dish and adjust it o something else?

    please anwser this :)

    No,
    Sky currently broadcast all their channels at 28.2 & 28.5° East of South (Astra 2 & Eurobird satellites).. your minidish should be pointing here already
    Sky used to broadcast their analogue packages on 19.2° East (Astra 1) and many FTA analogue & digital channels broadcast from here still today.
    Another popular positions for FTA stationis is 13° East where the Hotbird Satellites are located.
