WinXP and "eircon" i-stream

    im about to install windows xp again but i need to know if the eircom i-stream connection manager is compatible? there is a warning that xp doesnt like some PPPoE adapters. is that the case with "eircon" one?

    The version of the Enternet 300 software that is supplied by Eircom won't run on XP. Use the network connection wizard to set up a broadband connection and you're away.

    yes, xp has its only pppoe software, its easy as pie to set up.

    If yer using the USB modem you'll have to get the XP drivers for it from here
