Got emailed this today by a friend.

An article from the Register about how AOL are apparently preparing to turn from MSIE in favour of Mozilla/Gecko enabled browsers.

    Long live W3C!! (or something)

That's all us developers need - 37 million AOL users bouncing around our sites in dodgy browsers

They're not dodgy browsers since they conform to agreed international/company standards, namely W3C.

So in truth, its actually IE that is the dodgy browser.

The browsers may be fine in their own right but AOL is famous for its extremely dodgy proprietary software. How well the browsers would integrate into their own code is a cause for concern.
