Just a word of warning ,do not go for the
Radeon 7000 (Radeon VE) SDR .
Its perfmance is half a Geforce2MX and prices approx the same.

    anther cent ..:)

me thinks he ment a gf2 gts or ti there.
if not i' love to know where ye can get a gf3 of any description for €130 :)

the gegorce3 ti 200 isn't an MX. its just got slower clock+ram speed but its got all the bells and whistles the geforce3 & geforce3 Ti 500 have. ye can also overclock the ti 200 easily enough to be within a whisker of the ti 500 performance, if you were so inclined.

yea the g3 ti200 would be the better one to wait for.

    and you can get a G2 Ti 64MB for approx €120 ..

I dont know what I was thinking putting the g2mx in there .. :o

    cheers

    What about a GeForce4 MX460?
I hear they'#re not too bad, if priced right.
I think I saw one for around the STR£100 mark before.
The ATis are good on paper, and do have very good image quality, but they have terrible driver support and OpenGL doesn't like ATi cards :/
